Privacy Policy

Cactus Jaxx is a nightclub located at 580 Hespeler Rd, Cambridge, ON N1R 7K7, Canada. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@cactusjaxx.ca or by phone at 519-267-7788.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as device identifiers and page URLs) to count visits and understand how the site performs.

With your permission, we also use the Meta pixel, an analytics and advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). When enabled, it lets Meta know that someone visited our pages so we can measure the performance of our ads and show our advertising to interested visitors. The data shared may include pages visited, cookies (such as the _fbp identifier), and standard web information like your browser type, operating system and IP address. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy, and it may be processed outside your country.

Visitors in regions where consent is required see a cookie banner before any advertising measurement begins. The choice is entirely yours: Accept enables the Meta pixel, and Decline keeps it switched off. Ad clicks and paid advertising remain unaffected either way.

You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page. If you previously accepted, choosing Decline stops the pixel from sending further information. You can also opt out of Meta's use of cookies through the Facebook ad settings, and via optout.aboutads.info.

When you submit a reservation, VIP guest list or contact form, we use the details you provide (name, email, phone and message) only to respond to your request and send the related confirmation email. We do not sell this information.

Consent records are kept so we can honour your choice on future visits. Form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
